March 26, Shaanxi Province, the first private enterprises volunteers Federation -- Shaanxi 38Fule volunteers Federation was formally established in Qujiang Convention and Exhibition Center. Chief of General Coordination Office Work Department of the Central Committee volunteer Huangying Feng, deputy secretary of CYL leaders Shan shuping attended the inaugural meeting, nearly 7,000 representatives of employees across the country also attended the inaugural meeting, officially sworn in as volunteers.
On inaugural meeting, Huang yingfeng, Shan shuping and Yuan xiaofeng chairman of 38fule group together for "Shaanxi38fule volunteers Federation" opening and award "Shaanxi 38fule volunteers Federation" flag and six branch flag. Shan shuping made a speech on behalf of provincial youth volunteers association.
